Reservation/ Payment policy:

Your reservation becomes binding as soon as you confirm our offer per mail, email or fax. We do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation policy:

• We do not consider any cancellations per phone.
• You can cancel your reservation in written form (i.e. email or fax) without additional costs up to 2 weeks before your arrival.
• No shows or cancellations which do not comply to above mentioned terms will have to be charged 80% of the room rate incl. breakfast.
